Explanation of prices
Check in between 4 PM and 7 PM. Check out before 11.00 am. Different times in consultation with the landlord / manager.
Prices quoted are per stay, including bed linen, bath linen, kitchen linen, wifi, air conditioning, water and electricity (with normal consumption, 20kW/h/day), above 0.30/kW extra (settled with deposit)
Present on arrival: basic necessities such as salt, pepper, dishwasher cubes, washing-up liquid and brush, kitchen roll, aluminium foil, number of coffee cups, toilet paper, bin bag.
Max. 4 persons. Sorry, pets are not allowed.
If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the landlord will charge the following amounts:
Cancellation: before the start of the rental period:
* > 5 days before: free of charge;
* 5 or less days before: 75% of the rental price
